For Jane, promoting Health and Fitness has always been a passion of hers. From an energetic young girl to a college athlete, Jane has always been dedicated to guiding and motivating others on a path of fitness and wellness. Jane graduated from The University of Saint Francis with a Bachelor's Degree, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. She believes in an overall healthy lifestyle, mind, body, spirit; when working together successfully, one can accomplish more than they dreamed of. With her use of motivation, friendliness, and humor she can guide you on a path to your own individual results and goals.

Dani has been a health and wellness enthusiast since the young age of 16. She is a yoga therapist, teacher trainer, and is currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
Dani is also dedicated to teaching yoga to people with cancer and chronic pain. She is a Yoga Therapist and is registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her teacher and mentor is Jnani Chapman and she has received her certification through Integral Yoga Academy. Her goal is to make these services available to everyone living with cancer, regardless of their income.
Dani is committed to forming a partnership with every one of her students to serve them in finding peace, health, and a greater sense of well being wherever they may be in this moment.
