Balanced Flow(Beginner Friendly) is our Sattva Hatha Yoga Class. Enjoy holistic yoga in this Sattva Hatha class that includes, warm ups, standing postures, breath work, balancing poses, and supportive modifications to learn the postures. Every class ends with a guided relaxation. Balanced flow builds a steady foundation for increased strength, knowledge of postures, breathwork and flexibility. The awareness you develop in this foundational class will prepare you for other types of yoga, and complement your activities in life and play.
