Therapeutic Yoga Series: Movement Medicine
12 Weeks • 3-Month Series
Led by Kelli Sparks, Pranayoga-Trained Yoga Therapists

This is not your average yoga class.
Kelli brings over 1,000 hours of specialized yoga therapy training through the Pranayoga Institute — an IAYT-accredited program — to every session they lead. That depth of study means you're not just moving through poses. You're receiving intelligent, therapeutically-informed guidance designed to meet your body exactly where it is and support its natural capacity to heal.

This 12-week therapeutic series was created to support healthy aging, reduce pain, and restore the ease and vitality your body was built for.

Each session weaves together joint-freeing practices, somatic movement, range-of-motion work, myofascial release, and nervous system calming techniques. Together, these tools gently unwind long-held tension, improve how you move through daily life, and deepen your felt sense of being at home in your body.

You'll move the way the body was designed to move. Fluidly. Intuitively. Without strain.

This series is for you if...

You experience repetitive movement patterns from work or sport
You're navigating stiffness, injury recovery, or age-related changes in mobility
You want to improve posture, balance, energy, and ease of movement
You're ready for a therapeutic, mindful approach rather than a workout
You're seeking to feel more supple, spacious, and connected in your body

Investment
1x per week — $270 for the full 12-week series
2x per week — $490 for the full 12-week series(Includes Sunday evening class.)

Space is intentionally limited to 10 participants so that Kelli can offer the individualized attention this work deserves.

Tara Moeller

Tara began thinking about yoga years before beginning to practice. Always one to try new fitness and healing pathways, upon taking her first class in 2018, she felt a sense of finally coming home. After completing her Sattva Hatha 200hr teacher training in 2021, she immediately began pursuing a path to become a Yoga Therapist. In early 2024, Tara will finish her 1000hr Yoga Therapy training and start working through clinicals to obtain her IAYT license. Throughout this time, Tara completed a 500hr RYT, 80hr RPT in the Pre/Postnatal space, and a 100hr Ayurveda and Yoga Certification.

Tara enjoys co-creating with students and their energies to bring vitality and bliss into the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga can be an integral part of finding happiness, wholeness, and ease [sukka]. She aims to inspire students to find their own intuitive movements - each journey is uniquely its own! Class styles range from Sattva Vinyasa, Sattva Hatha, therapeutic, restorative, meditation and Yoga Nidra practices, as well as chakra aligned flows. Always one to offer a multitude of pranayama practices and mudras (breath work and hand gestures) to keep building on the foundational postures, steering us deeper into oneself. Tara firmly believes we are all inherently good and strong, and enjoys helping build confidence through Yoga and Ayurveda.
