“If I have never done a cleanse before, will I be able to do this?”

Yes, this 10-day program is for those new to cleansing and those who have tried everything from Whole 30, intermittent fasting and juice cleansing. We will meet you where you are.

“Will I be able to maintain my current schedule?”

We have had new moms, marathon runners, and corporate execs all on our cleanse, maintaining their busy schedules. With that said, we do recommend 'creating space' in your schedule so that it is not one more thing you have to do. This is an opportunity to rest, reset and rejuvenate, so why not lighten your load for just ten days, physically and mentally?

“What will I eat?”

During this cleanse, we get to eat actual food! We will discuss foods that are best for your constitution and any imbalances once you meet with your Ayurveda counselor. During the mono-diet of the cleanse, we will eat kitchari, a meal consisting of mung beans, rice and vegetables, with gently warming spices.

“I can't do the dates you have scheduled. Can I still participate?”

Yes! You will have access to the cleanse videos for three months, and Dani is available for text/email support for the ten days that you choose to do your cleanse.

Dani “Vani” McGuire is the founder of PranaYoga and the visionary behind the Somatic Vinyasa Yoga Therapy method. With over 22 years of yoga practice and a dedicated focus on yoga therapy since 2007, her journey into the healing arts began as a personal quest to overcome an eating disorder and chronic pain. Through the transformative power of Yoga and Ayurveda, Dani found healing and purpose, which she now shares with others through her therapeutic offerings and teachings.

Dani is the author of The Path of Joyful Living, a contemporary exploration of kriya yoga and the psychology of yoga. She has a profound commitment to helping individuals navigate life with greater ease, particularly those facing cancer, chronic pain, or other health challenges. As a certified Yoga Therapist accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), she leads the PranaYoga Institute, which offers a 1,000-hour IAYT-accredited Yoga Therapy Diploma program.

In addition to training future yoga therapists, Dani works one-on-one with clients, providing personalized Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy sessions designed to foster balance and well-being.
