Intimate and Intentional.

Welcome.

Yoga therapy is one of the most meaningful and rewarding professional paths I know. It asks us to study deeply, practice courageously, and learn to meet each person with curiosity rather than assumptions.

At Sattva, you will study yoga therapy and Ayurveda as living systems of healing. You will learn through personal practice, experiential training, mentoring, clinical application, and the support of a community that values both depth and ease.

It is an honor to walk this path with you.

—Dani Wasson, Founder and Program Director

What our grads are saying

Jaime - MD, DipABLM, C-IAYT

The Sattva Yoga Therapy program was a meaningful part of my professional journey. The training brought together the depth of traditional yoga with a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to therapeutic practice. I graduated with greater knowledge and confidence, along with a deeper appreciation for the art of truly seeing and supporting each individual. The faculty and community created an environment that encouraged both professional and personal growth, and I am deeply grateful to have been part of it.
